How do I enroll in a course?

Add the courses you want to your cart — with any add-ons — and send us a request with your name, email and phone. You’re not charged anything online: our team reviews your request and reaches out to confirm your enrollment and get you access.

Do I pay on the website?

No. There’s no online payment. You send a request, we contact you to confirm the details and arrange enrollment directly.

Do I need an account to request a course?

No. You send your request from the cart without creating an account. Once you’re enrolled, your courses and support are in your account.

Can I request a plan instead of single courses?

Yes. Builder, All-Access and Teams bundle several courses with mentoring and reviews. Compare them and send a request from the Plans page.

How do I access my course?

Once your enrollment is confirmed, we email you an access link to the learning platform, and it’s also in your account. Watch on a computer, tablet or phone, whenever it suits you.

How long do I have access?

For as long as we offer the course, with updates included. If we ever retire a course, we’ll email you at least 60 days before. You can watch every lesson as many times as you like.

With no coding experience, start with Vibe Coding Foundations. If you already ship with AI, pick by goal: Build & Ship for complete products, Automate & Scale for agents and production-grade code. Each course page lists its level.

Which tools do I need?

A computer and accounts on the tools each course uses — mostly free tiers of Cursor, GitHub, Supabase and Vercel. Paid AI plans are optional while you learn. Each course page says what you need.

How do I book a mentor session or code review?

Once your enrollment is confirmed, we email you a booking link. Sessions can be used within 6 months and moved at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.

What should I send before a code review?

Access to your repository (or a zip), a few lines on what the app does and what worries you most. We send the written review first, then walk you through it on a 30-minute call.

When does the live cohort start?

We confirm the next start date and the weekly time when we contact you about your enrollment.

How does support work?

Every course includes written support from our team. From Support in your account, ask about a lesson or something you’re building. We reply in writing, in your account, within 2 business days.

What doesn’t support cover?

Support answers questions about the course material; it isn’t personal mentoring. Debugging your own project end to end or reviewing a whole codebase aren’t included — add a mentor session or code review for that. Please keep to one topic per message.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email contact@greenstore-us.com within 14 days of enrolling. As long as you’ve watched less than 20% of the lessons, we’ll refund you in full. Details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I ask for a refund?

Email contact@greenstore-us.com from the address you enrolled with, with your order number and the course. We reply within 2 business days.

When will I get my money back?

Once we approve a refund, we issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
